VH1 is releasing a documentary/drama reality show “Love & Hip-Hop,” an eight-part series in the same vein as franchise hits “Basketball Wives” and “Football Wives.” Jim Jones‘ girlfriend, Chrissy Lampkin and Fabolous‘ girlfriend Emily Bustamante are hoping to get their men to follow Jay-Z‘s lead and ‘put a ring on it,’ while two aspiring artists, former G-Unit artist Olivia Longott, Somaya ‘Boss’ Reese and Mashonda are on a quest to be taken seriously as entertainers.
“Love & Hip Hop” will premiere on VH1 on March 21. This should be very interesting seeing how these women pursue their dreams and if it’s anything like the Basketball and Football Wives it should be great to watch. Love Olivia back when she first started her career on J Records releasing the album “Olivia” that joint was hot!!! Love Fabulous and Jim Jones of course can’t to see what Mashonda will be doing on the show.
